Which platforms and services can I connect to AutoMashi?
You can connect Instagram, Facebook Pages and Messenger, WhatsApp Business, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Google Sheets. Available features depend on the service and your account type.
Are accounts connected through the platforms' official methods?
Yes. Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Google accounts connect through the sign-in and permission steps provided by those platforms. Features operate within each service's permissions and rules.
Do I have to give AutoMashi my account passwords?
You do not need to hand over your social or Google account passwords to AutoMashi. You sign in with the platform itself and approve the requested permissions. You can review those permissions or disconnect later.
Can I connect a personal Instagram account or personal Facebook chats?
Instagram connections are for eligible professional accounts and may require a linked Facebook Page and management access. Messenger replies work with messages to Facebook Pages you manage, not personal chats.
What do I need to connect WhatsApp Business?
You need a WhatsApp Business number and must complete Meta's connection and permission steps. Available message types and sending rules depend on your account setup and WhatsApp's policies.
Can I connect TikTok and YouTube to publish videos?
Yes. Connect a TikTok account or YouTube channel to schedule short videos. Publishing options or video visibility may vary with account permissions, platform approval, and content requirements.
Can I connect a Salla, Zid, or Shopify store now?
Direct store connections are not currently available in the integration settings. You can add product links to messages manually. We will explain the connection steps when they become available.
Why connect Google Sheets to AutoMashi?
You can save customer details collected from conversations in a spreadsheet you choose, making it easier to follow up with your team. The connection uses your Google account and the permissions you approve.
Can I disconnect an account or change permissions later?
Yes. Disconnect the account in AutoMashi's integration settings, or review and revoke access in the connected platform's settings. Features that depend on the account stop working when it is disconnected.
